After April 1, 2019, products not registered on the SABER system will not be cleared. On April 1st, SABER was officially implemented. The first batch of controlled products were low-voltage electrical appliances, children's toys and lubricating oils. The above products can only be shipped after applying for SC through SABER from April 1st. Otherwise, they will be unable to clear customs and must hold SABER. The certificate of conformity issued by the platform can be cleared at the Saudi Customs.
